- Maximum Coverage: ~7:10–7:13 PM
- Ends: Just after 8:00 PM
Because looking directly at the sun can cause permanent, irreversible eye damage (solar retinopathy), please make sure your children follow these safety guidelines:

- No Naked-Eye Viewing: Looking directly at the sun during any part of a partial eclipse will burn the retina, even if it feels comfortable to look at.
- Regular Sunglasses Do Not Work: Standard sunglasses—no matter how dark—offer zero protection against solar damage.
- Use Only Certified Glasses: Direct viewing requires specialized eclipse glasses meeting the ISO 12312-2 safety standard. Check for any scratches or tears before use.
- Never Look Through Optics: Do not look at the sun through unfiltered cameras, binoculars, or telescopes, even while wearing eclipse glasses. Concentrated rays will damage the filter instantly.
Please speak with your children before training/evening activities to ensure they do not look up at the sun unprotected.
