We're looking for decent at home ball drills or strength and conditioning videos , they can be your own or from YouTube or whatever to help keep our players fit and active from home or garden!
Please PM to us and we'll share the most suitable ones here and we'll also share on our Coaches WhatsApp group so they can pass on to their teams/parents should they wish.
We are trying to do our bit to keep our players physical and mental fitness intact for the moment.. hopefully see you all soon on our pitches.
